. Peter J. Julian - President & CEO Peter Julian is an Internationally recognized IT executive with 35 plus years of Corporate, Divisional and
Plant technology and functional experience. His career included 18 years with Union Carbide a $10 billion chemical/consumer
products company where he held a variety of IT technical and managerial positions. Following Union Carbide he was the CIO
for the MTA of New York City the nations largest public transportation company. He concluded his career in the private sector
at Crown Cork and Seal where he was the global SR VP & CIO for 12 years, reporting directly to the Chairman of this $9
billion packaging/manufacturing firm. His achievements include multi million dollar leadership of manufacturing, transportation
and chemical projects development with cost effective implementations. His credentials also include being a member
of the Society for Information Management - SIM, former Co-Chairman of the Philadelphia's Mayor commission for Technology
as well as a former member of the Computer Advisory Boards of Villanova, Holy Family and LaSalle Universities. Mr. Julian
serves as National Conference Director for the CIO Forum and Executive IT Summit. His has also served as an Adjunct Professor
at LaSalle University in the Info Tech Leadership program for their Graduate Business School. Academically he holds a BBA
from Niagara University and a MBA from Pace University in New York.

Thomas S. Loane - Vice President Tom Loane is a global consultant with extensive experience leading
large information systems teams with multi-site/multi-national scope and responsibility. His expertise includes strategic
planning and rapid transformation of technology organizations. He has lead the IT group of a startup biotech company, Mannkind
Corporation. His work as CIO of Teva Pharmaceuticals included large scale outsourcing projects using vendors in India and
Israel. With leadership in validated FDA systems development and maintenance, he is experienced in key pharmaceutical manufacturing,
distribution, and sales processes. He is an effective listener developing professional relationships with key executives,
leading to sustained, profitable partnerships. As a strategic leader, Tom has demonstrated an ability to deliver

with Momentum Technology Partners and Ernst and Young he developed strategic plans and assisted in implementing business continuity
plans for a major public company. As CIO of Alamo Rent a Car and Certified Vacations he created the leading reservation system
in the industry resulting in over $100 million in revenue growth. Mr. Loane has a BS in Industrial Engineering
and Operations Research from Cornell University as well as an MBA in Finance from Cornell.

Susan Byrne - Principal Susan Byrne is an Information Technology Executive with more than
20 years of experience in the fields of financial services, manufacturing, retail and software development. She has extensive
experience in strategic planning, business process re-engineering, project development and project management. This diversity
has given her the skills to quickly learn the business, isolate the issues, develop the strategic plan, acquire funding, negotiate

Fred Crotchfelt - Principal .
Fred Crotchfelt is an Information Technology
Executive, a leader who has very successfully blended career as CIO, CFO, General Manager and Sales Executive.
As former Chief Information Officer of Challenger Electrical Equipment Corp, Aqua America (formerly Philadelphia
Suburban Water Company) and The Judge Group, Fred’s leadership skills allowed him to remodel IT teams and organizations
and make a difference in manufacturing, distribution, consulting and sales & marketing companies. His
strong relationship skills, along with his professional skills in strategic planning, budgeting, business intelligence, project
management, perfectly suit him to mentoring and supporting CIO’s and other Information Technology managers and executives

Ken Fulmer - Principal . Ken Fulmer is a management consultant with a focus on Information Technology. His
experience spans technology and infrastructure as well as systems development and business solutions. Typical
engagements are directly with the CIO or senior management team to solve some business problems that often need some framing,
some process assessment, and a gap analysis to begin to understand how to properly get the results. Ken
was formerly the Chief Technology Officer at Sunoco and part of the I/T leadership team at Sunoco. His responsibilities as
CTO included managing the Project Management Office (PMO), managing the IT planning and application architecture, technology
and integrating the infrastructure to the applications development roles. He also directed many special technology areas including:
Internet Web Services, Portals, e-Commerce, Document Management (ECM), Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.
Ken started at Sun Oil in the Commercial products group, responsible for new product
introduction. He then managed the Sun Information Services (now Sungard) consulting group of over 200 consultants, leading
projects in the government and financial services sector. He also managed the IT development for treasury, tax, and business
line performance and sales reporting groups. Prior to his current role, Ken managed Sunoco’s BackOffice and financial
applications, as well as being the IT director/CIO for the Mid-America business line. Ken
has an undergraduate degree from LaSalle University, and has an MBA from Clarion University. He also attended post graduate
work at the MIT executive program, and he holds a PMP certificate in Project Management. Ken is also a member of the
board for Inspiritec, Inc. a non-profit which performs call center services. Ken is active with many local
organizations including SIM, GPSEG, PMI, IIBA, and is a frequent speaker at local universities and professional associations.
